‘‘ You can freely pick right?’’

*Sylvia contacted us recently. She told us that she was raised in a Muslim household, and now she had gotten married and moved abroad.  *Sylvia informed us that she was curious about Christianity. This was due to the fact that she said she felt very restricted by the Islamic faith with regards to women’s dressing. As the conversation went on Sylvia wanted to know the Christian view of women’s dressing and modesty. Which we answered by letting her know that God wants us to find our adornment from inner qualities and not outward appearances. With regards to modesty we also let *Sylvia knows that, as Christians we aim to be good examples to others and not to cause offence to anyone around us. *Sylvia expressed that she had made plans to buy a cross, although she had not yet put her faith in the Lord. We continue to pray for such instances, where we encounter people that are burnt out on religion, and are seeking freedom. May they come to know the Lord who frees all men from sin.
